The company cooperates with specialized manpower in various fields and at different levels, starting with the technical workers that it brings from different countries of the world such as Thailand, Pakistan, India, Egypt, Sudan, Bangladesh and others, and engineers and administrators from European countries such as Portugal, Spain and several Arab countries. In addition to benefiting from local technical manpower whether experienced or recent graduates, during the period between 2013 to 2024, the company has cooperated with more than 5,000 manpower in various specializations and in various projects implemented by the company.

Portuguese team

The company cooperated with a Portuguese technical team in the management of the infrastructure project for Al-Kuwaifiya area since the actual beginning of the project at the end of 2012 and continued working until the end of 2014. This team undertook the surveying and design works for the project in cooperation with national expertise, in order to increase the efficiency of these expertise and benefit from foreign expertise.

Technical Manpower Recruitment from Pakistan

A team from the company was sent to Pakistan to recruit technical workers for its projects. During this trip, a variety of technical workers were brought in, including carpenters, blacksmiths, truck drivers, administrative employees, and other experienced and qualified individuals.

Technical Manpower Recruitment from Thailand

A team from the company was sent to the Kingdom of Thailand for the purpose of recruiting technical workers for the infrastructure project in Al-Kuwaifiyah. During this trip, many job applicants were tested and the best of them were chosen based on the results of the tests and personal interviews.

Current team of the company

The company currently cooperates with a technical and administrative team and various human resources with experience in the field of construction. Most of the technical and administrative staff are local and Arab competencies, while the workers vary between Pakistan, India, Sudan, Bangladesh, Egypt and others.
