It also includes complete site infrastructure works consisting of six networks: roads, sidewalks, green spaces, sewage drainage, rainwater drainage, external lighting, low-voltage electrical networks, and drinking water supply networks with associated storage tanks. The company will also carry out external facilities, including high-voltage (30 kV) electrical stations, a sewage treatment plant, and the provision of drinking water. The project includes five service buildings, such as a school, a clinic, a large mosque, a shopping mall, and commercial stores and cafes.
Project for the Construction of 616 Housing Units in the City of Derna – Chinese Company Project
The project involves the construction of 616 housing units, both new and ongoing, and includes the complete site infrastructure works for a total of 2,000 housing units. The infrastructure consists of six networks, including roads, sidewalks, green spaces, sewage drainage, rainwater drainage, external lighting, low-voltage electrical networks, substations, and drinking water supply networks with associated storage tanks. The company will also execute all external facilities for the project, including high-voltage (66 kV) electrical stations, a sewage treatment plant, and the provision of drinking water to the project.

The project includes the construction of 2,000 housing units with three different residential models, both new and ongoing construction, with various sizes using the tunnel form method, It also includes infrastructure works consisting of six networks, including road networks, sidewalks, green spaces, sewage drainage, rainwater drainage, external lighting, low-voltage electrical networks, substations, and drinking water supply networks with associated storage tanks. Additionally, the company is building 27 service buildings for the project, such as schools, clinics, mosques, service buildings, commercial buildings, and more.

The project area is located 13 km northeast of the center of Benghazi and 2 km from the Mediterranean Sea coast. It holds significant importance as it is considered part of Benghazi’s future expansions, and it is expected that the population will exceed 30,000 inhabitants over the next 20 years. The area includes several vital points, most notably the Chest Disease Hospital, the Kuwifiya Market, and the commercial area along the coastal road.

It is bordered to the east by the Selouq municipality, to the northwest by the Ajdabiya municipality, and to the south by the Kufra municipality. This area is considered vital, located on an important road, and densely populated.
Design and Implementation of 2,000 Housing Units in the Al-Mashal Area – Al-Bayda
The project area is located south of the city of Al-Bayda, about 25 km from its center, neighboring the areas of Aslanta and Qandula. This area has not previously witnessed large-scale housing projects like this one, which will attract a significant number of residents to the area.
Infrastructure Project for the Suburbs of Benghazi (Boudezira – Kuwifiya – Sidi Khalifa)
The project areas are located east of Benghazi city, about 20 km from the city center, with a total estimated area of about 4,000 hectares. They extend along the coastal road from Benghazi in both eastern and western directions and along the Bouhadi road in northern and southern directions.
