About the Company

The company was established in 2004 with a net worth of 2,100,000 LYD. The net worth was increased in 2009 to 4,100,000 LYD, then increased in 2012 to 6,000,000 LYD, and in 2020 to 110 million Libyan dinars. The company is classified as a first-class company according to the classification of the ministry of public works in the state of Libya. The Company has implemented and completed many private and public projects, and real estate investment works in all fields since its establishment. In parallel, the company has been expanding its administrative, technical and field base and developing its departments, in addition to opening several branches in cities and regions in the state of Libya and constantly keen to employ and search for the best technical, administrative and engineering cadres and elites, selecting good workers and focusing on the quality and accuracy of implementation and speed of completion. The company’s headquarters and general management is located in Benghazi, Libya. The company has opened a number of branches in Tripoli, Sirte, Jalu, Tobruk, Ajdabiya, Jardina, Susa, Derna, and Quba.

All of these branches and offices implement projects, each according to its city, and deliver them to the owners. The company works in all its branches with seriousness, dedication, and discipline in terms of deadlines, and with the follow-up of the company’s general management in Benghazi.

The company’s functional structure

The company has a distinct and interconnected functional structure that operates in a sequential and administratively coordinated manner according to quality standards. It is divided into 7 main departments (projects management and technical affairs department, financial affairs department, administrative affairs and human resources department, transportation and maintenance department, quality department, production department and commercial department) as shown in the figure.

Projects management and technical affairs department

The company’s Projects management and technical affairs department undertakes technical work starting from feasibility studies for investments and submitting bids, through studying plans, preparing proposals, designs and detailed drawings, and ending with supervising implementation according to the specified technical specifications. The Department is directed by a group of experienced engineers in the field and mainly consists of a technical affairs department and an executive department for each of the company’s projects, where the technical affairs department undertakes the work of preparing and following up on engineering studies and designs, surveying works, planning works, cost calculation and preparing invoices. As for the executive departments, they undertake the management and follow-up of project implementation works according to the technical specifications and drawings provided, and coordinate with the technical department in following up on works and consultations if necessary.

Administrative affairs and Human resources department

The Administrative Affairs and Human resources Department contains a group of main offices that work together to organize administrative matters in the company. The most important of these departments are:

  • Legal Affairs Office

This office is responsible for the company’s legal affairs, dealing with the state’s legal authorities, claiming the company’s rights and defending them against third parties.

This office also includes a group of units that undertake tasks such as archiving, documentation, information technology, public relations, training and development, and others.

  • Personnel and human resources affairs office

This office is responsible for following up on the company’s human resources and taking care of their affairs, especially foreign workers.

  • Occupational Safety and Security office

This office is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the company’s employees in terms of providing personal protective equipment, following up on implementation work, and ensuring that it is subject to security and safety requirements also services office which is responsible for providing services to the company, such as food and housing services for workers, receiving guests, and maintaining the company’s general appearance and cleanliness.

Financial affairs department

The financial affairs department handles all matters related to the company’s cash flows, starting from preparing the budget, calculating costs, monitoring inventory, following up on accounts, and paying employees’ wages. All these financial transactions are conducted according to a financial system to ensure the ease of extracting reports and following up on all financial flows.
