Due to the project’s size and the implementation period’s length, the company had to prepare its headquarters in Al-Kuwaifiya area.
This headquarters contains the company’s departments, housing for workers, storage places for machinery, equipment, various project implementation materials, and a maintenance workshop.
In addition to developing a plan to equip the headquarters with factories for concrete castings, crushers and other factories that will help in the smooth implementation of the project, most of these factories have already been supplied and installed.
